I can’t find the Neato app in the Apple App Store using my iPad. What should I do?

If you are using an iPad, go to the Apple App Store, and when you do the search you need to change the setting for the top left menu item to “iPhone only.”  The Neato app is optimized for the iPhone but works fine on the iPad.
