Neato usually knows how to get out of a bind: once the robot realizes it is stuck it will work to free itself.
If the clearance under your furniture is about the same height as your Neato robot there is a chance your robot may get stuck. Try slightly raising furniture with risers to increase clearance.
Sometimes furniture sags underneath. If the robot goes under sagging furniture the top of the robot could run into the furniture, get stuck or its laser could be “blinded” and it will stop moving.
To fix this put a box under the center of your furniture or raise the entire piece of furniture a couple inches higher to give the robot the clearance it needs. You can also lay down a boundary marker to prevent your robot from going under furniture.
