How do I replace my filter?

Change the filter in your Neato frequently to keep your robot cleaning optimally. You can see replacement filters and other accessories at the Neato Robotics website.

To replace the filter, follow these steps:

  1. Take out the dirt bin.
  2. Remove the filter on the dirt bin and throw it away.
  3. Put a new filter into the dirt bin.
  4. Put the dirt bin back into its slot on top of the robot.

We recommend you change your filter every one to two months. Factors that determine how often to change the filter include: frequency of vacuuming, size of the area Neato is cleaning, and the amount of dirt, debris and pet hair the robot picks up.
