The Neato robot is having difficulty navigating the environment. This error is likely to happen in a clear area, and won’t be solved by clearing the error, that is pressing the SELECT button. Try moving the robot abot 1’/30cm away. For the next cleaning cycle, start from a different starting point, or move the base to a different location, If issue persists please click on the chat icon or see the contact us page for more options.
