Robot is having issues communicating with the charge base.

 

Please unplug and replug the charge base. Remove the robot from the charge base and place the robot back on the charge base to recharge – the LEDs must be solid white (Botvac Connected robots) or solid green (XV, Botvac, Botvac D Series robots) before using.
