How do I install the Neato App on my Apple Watch?

In order for the Neato App to appear on your Apple Watch, you must first ensure your Apple Watch has been updated to the latest software.

Once you have confirmed your watch is up to date the Neato App and other Phone apps that include WatchOS support are available to transfer to your watch

1. Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone.
2. Tap "My Watch" to find the settings section of your Apple Watch.
3. Scroll down to the list of Apple Watch compatible apps that are on your iPhone.
4. Tap Install beside the the Neato app to install it to your watch.

How do I use the Neato Apple Watch App

To use the Apple Watch application you must ensure that your Neato robot is on the Dock and is connected to your local Wi-Fi. If your robot is online and ready to clean you will see the name of your Neato robot with the words ‘Ready to Clean’ when you launch the Neato app on your watch.

1. Tap the screen and you will see a Start and Stop Button
2. Press Start to begin cleaning
3. Press Stop to Pause cleaning

The Neato Apple Watch application is not responding

To use the Apple Watch application you must ensure that your Neato robot is on the Dock and is connected to your local Wi-Fi. If your robot is online and ready to clean you will see the name of your Neato robot with the words ‘Ready to Clean’ when you launch the WatchOS app on your watch.

There may be a delay between the state of the robot and what you see on your Apple Watch. Always check the phone app for the most current state of the robot or if you are having issues connecting to your robot on your Apple Watch.
