If the Neato / App displays a 'Reboot me' error message please try the following.
Press and hold the Start Button for 10 seconds. The robot will turn off. Press the Start Button again to turn the robot back on. Wait for the beeping sound to confirm the robot finished the reboot sequence. After reboot, the robot should be able to function normally.
For older Botvacs Models only, turn the robot off and back on using the ON/OFF switch in the dirt-bin well. The robot needs to be off the charge base when you do this. Wait for the beeping sound to confirm the robot finished the reboot sequence. After reboot, the robot should be able to function normally.
