Reboot me
Your robot needs to be reset Botvac Connected
Turn the robot off and back on using the ON/OFF switch in the dirtbin well. The robot needs to be off the charge base when you do this. Wait for the beeping sound to confirm the robot finished the reboot sequence. After reboot, the robot should be able to function normally. If error still occurs after reboot, contact Customer Care.

Botvac D3 / D5 Connected
Press and hold the Start Button for 10 seconds. The robot will turn off. Press the Start Button again to turn the robot back on. Wait for the beeping sound to confirm the robot finished the reboot sequence. After reboot, the robot should be able to function normally. If error still occurs after reboot, contact Customer Care.
