Neato Robot won’t return to charge base or gives error “Cleaning suspended while charging” in middle of room

Behaviors
·    The robot won’t return to its charge base
·    Erratic behavior (won’t clean the entire room)
·    Gives the message “Cleaning suspended while charging” when it’s not connected to the charge base

Troubleshooting
1.   Make sure your robot is not on the charge base
2.   Shut down the robot by going to MENU > Support > ShutDown
3.   If the robot gives the error message “I can’t shut down while I am connected to power” please contact Neato Customer Care
