All Neato updates are done via a staged roll out method. This means that only 25% of users will get the update during the first day after an update is released. These users are chosen at random to receive the update. After the first day, the update becomes available to all users.
The majority of users may not see the update for up to 24 hours after the initial release and this is considered normal.
