Get the most out of your Neato by following a couple of guidelines. This ensures that your robot performs at its best ability and many common errors can thus be avoided.
- Select a clear area with good Wi-Fi coverage for your robot's charge base. Locate the best place for your charge base with our guide.
- If the charge base does not have sufficient space or if it is hidden by a large object, the robot's navigation can be impacted.
- Your robot will be charged and ready for every clean if its charge base stays plugged into the wall.
- Remove small objects on the floor, such as stray socks, toys, and cables. Tie up wires, curtains, and other low-hanging items.
- Empty the dirt bin and brush off the filter after every use. Find more info here.
- Change the filter every 1-2 months.
