You are trying to connect your robot to the MyNeato application. The app is asking you to Select Wi-Fi Network, but your Network does not appear. There are several reasons why your Wi-Fi might not show:
Your router is disconnected
Make sure that your router is plugged in and properly connected to the electricity and the Ethernet of your home. Test your internet connection via a different device. If your internet connection is unstable or nonexistent, please contact your internet provider.
Your Wi-Fi is hidden
You may keep your Wi-Fi network hidden as an extra security measure. In this case, the robot will only find your internet connection if you tell it the exact name. Simply type the name (SSID) of your hidden network into the search bar 'Search for Wi-Fi name'. Note that the Wi-Fi name is case-sensitive.
Your Wi-Fi is a 5.0 GHz frequency
The Neato D-Series robots can only connect to a 2.4 GHz network. Internet routers are either single-band (2.4 GHz) or double-band (2.4 and 5 GHz). If your router is properly connected (step 1) and you cannot find your Wi-Fi when typing in its name (step 2), then your router might only be broadcasting a 5.0 GHz network, which the robot is unable to detect.
If this is the case, you will need to enable the 2.4 GHz network on your router. Please contact your internet provider for more information on this.
