How do I clean the drop sensors?

The drop sensors detect stairs and ledges so the robot will avoid them. To clean the drop sensors, follow these steps:

1. Turn your vacuum upside down.
2. Insert a cotton swab into the drop sensor window area.
3. Lightly clean the surface with the swab.
